The order dated 07.03.2019 passed by the Deputy Commissioner is under challenge whereby and whereunder the Circle Officer, Godda is directed to convene meeting of the 16 Anna Raiyats for the choice of candidate of Pradhan.
Learned AC to Sr. SC-II has raised the preliminary objection regarding maintainability of the writ petition on the ground of alternative remedy of appeal/revision/second appeal.
Upon this, Mr. Manoj Kumar Sah, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to approach before the competent forum.
In view thereof, writ petition is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to approach before the appropriate alternative forum, if the petitioner so wishes.
