Second Appeal.
The learned counsel appearing for the appellants submits that the dispute between the parties has already been settled outside the Court and in that view of the matter, the appellants are not inclined to further pursue this Second Appeal.
Mr. Shailesh Kr. Sinha, the learned counsel appearing for
some of the respondents have got no objection.
Accordingly, the prayer is allowed.
Permission is accorded to withdraw this Second Appeal.
The instant appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn.
I.A. No.10214 of 2019 stands allowed and disposed of.
I.A. No.5527 of 2019 is also dismissed as not pressed in view
of the withdrawal of the Second Appeal.
