2. It appears that the present appeal is still defective.
3. The records of this case indicate that nobody had appeared on 14.10.2019 and 25.11.2019 and today also, nobody is appearing on behalf of the appellant.
4. A report was called for from the learned court below regarding the status of the appellant and it has been reported vide letter no. 10552 dated 04.12.2019 from the Birsa Munda Central Jail, Hotwar, Ranchi that the appellant has already served the sentence and has been released from custody on 24.11.2017.
5. As the appellant has already served the sentence and the present appeal is still defective, therefore, this appeal is hereby dismissed on account of non-removal of defects.
