It appears that vide order dated 14.06.2019, appellant no.3 namely, Munni Devi has been admitted on anticipatory bail and appellant nos. 1 and 2 namely, Naresh Gope and Ajay Kumar Yadav ( Gope) as also resondent No.2 were directed to appear before this court today.

Pursuant to the aforesaid order, both the appellants and the respondent No.2 are physically present before this Court and the possibility of reconciliation between them is explored.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

On query, both the appellants have denied the allegations levelled against

them.

Learned A.P.P opposed the prayer for bail.

Be that as it may, appellant nos. 1 and 2 namely, Naresh Gope and Ajay Kumar Yadav ( Gope) are directed to surrender in the Court below within Four Weeks from the date of this order and in the event of their arrest or surrender, the Court below shall enlarge appellant nos. 1 and 2 namely, Naresh Gope and Ajay Kumar Yadav ( Gope), on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Addl. Sessions Judge-VII-cum-Special Judge, SC & ST, Dhanbad, in connection with SC & ST Case No. 231/2018, arising out of C.P.Case No. 3398/2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C and subject to the further conditions as follows :

Appellants shall deposit Rs. 1500/-each in the account of Bandi Kalyan Kosh, Birsa Munda Central Jail, Hotwar, Ranchi being A/c No.490710210000007, Bank of India, Branch-Booty More, Customer ID103610460, IFSC Code no. BKID0004907 on or before their date of surender and furnish receipt of the same in the court below at the time of surrender.

2. However, it is made clear that during investigation and trial of the case, appellants will not influence, intimidate or gain over either the respondent No.2 or her witnesses and if he will found indulge in the aforesaid act, it will be opened for the respondent No.2 to file an application for cancellation of bail bond of the appellant.
