The appellant was a co-accused in Sessions Trial No.150 of 1998. He was convicted under section 307/34 I.P.C and also under section 324/34 I.P.C. He along with the co-accused namely, Brajesh Ojha were sentenced to undergo R.I for Ten years and fine of Rs.2000/-.
During hearing of this criminal appeal, it was brought to the notice of this Court that during pendency of this criminal appeal, the appellant, namely, Guddu Ojha has passed away.
