IN THE HIGH COURT OF JHARKHAND AT RANCHI Cr. M. P. No.340 of 2010
-Versus-
The State of Jharkhand. .......... Opp. Party.
CORAM : HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE RAJESH SHANKAR
----For the Petitioners : None For the State : APP -----
Order No.13 Date: 13.05.2019
No one appears on behalf of the petitioners, whereas learned APP is present on behalf of the State.
Earlier also on 22nd April, 2019 when the present case was called out, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioners and the case was adjourned by way of last indulgence to the counsel for the petitioners to press the present petition.
Since the matter pertains to the year 2010 and no one has been appearing on behalf of the petitioners to press the present petition, I see no reason to keep the same pending.
This petition is, accordingly, dismissed for non-prosecution.
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
