09/03.04.2019 The present petition has been filed for quashing the entire criminal proceeding arising out of Saraikella P.S Case no. 23 of 2010 corresponding to G.R. No. 189 of 2010 including the order dated 22.10.2011 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Saraikella-Kharsawan, whereby cognizance of the offences has been taken under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the I.P.C. against the petitioner.
As per the status report submitted by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Seraikella vide his letter no. 215 dated 11.02.2019, the trial of Seraikella P.S. Case no. 23 of 2010 corresponding to G.R. No. 189 of 2010 is at the stage of argument.
Since the trial of the aforesaid case is at concluding stage, I am not inclined to entertain the present criminal miscellaneous petition and the same is accordingly disposed of.
