Earlier also on 24th January, 2019 no one had appeared on behalf of the petitioner and the case was adjourned by way of an indulgence to the counsel for the petitioner to press the present petition.
Since the matter pertains to the year 2011 and no one has been appearing on behalf of the petitioner to press the present petition, I see no reason to keep the same pending.
This petition is, accordingly, dismissed for non-prosecution.
