Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed with prayer for grant of extension of time for surrendering in the court below and modification of the ad interim victim compensation amount from 1,00,000/- to Rs. 1,10,000/- as directed vide order dated 04.04.2019 passed in ABA No. 8389 of 2018, as the petitioner is ready and willing to pay the said extra amount because of delay in petitioner surrendering in the court below. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that he has prepared the demand draft of Rs. 1,10,000/- drawn in favour of the informant, hence, the order dated 04.04.2019 passed in ABA No. 8389 of 2018 be modified to the aforesaid extent and the time period to surrender before the court concerned be extended by four weeks.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the order dated 04.04.2019 passed in ABA No. 8389 of 2018 is modified to the extent that in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of this order, the petitioner shall be released on bail on depositing a demand draft of Rs 1,10,000/- as ad interim victim compensation drawn in favour of the informant-Santosh Kumar and furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the court concerned and other conditions will remain same as mentioned in the order dated 04.04.2019 passed in ABA No. 8389 of 2018.

This criminal miscellaneous petition is disposed of accordingly.
