10/22.11.2019 Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with C.P. Case No. 296/2016 for the offence registered under sections 498(A)/323 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Perused the report submitted by District Legal Services Authority, Dhanbad which is at flag-R. Parties are also present in the Court. The Opposite Party No. 2 namely Shama Parveen @ Shama Parween along with her father and mother have submitted before this Court that they have settled the dispute before the District Legal Services Authority, Dhanbad and as per the settlement, parties will file an application for dissolution of marriage and permanent alimony to the tune of Rs. 1,70,000/- is to be paid by the husband to the wife. For that, the husband is ready to pay a sum of Rs. 30,000/- today itself to the wife and the rest amount in four installments i.e. one of Rs. 40,000/-, second and third installment of Rs. 30,000/each and the fourth installment of Rs. 40,000/- as per their agreement at flag 'R'.

Accordingly, the husband has paid a sum of Rs. 30,000/- today and thereafter installment of Rs. 40,000/-, Rs. 30,000/-, Rs. 30,000/- and Rs. 40,000/- are to be paid as per the agreement entered into between the parties before the District Legal Services Authority, Dhanbad. The wife has received the said amount in presence of her counsel Md. Shadab Ansari and has submitted that the provisional bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 13.09.2019 may be made absolute.

After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and in view of the settlement between the parties, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner named above is hereby made absolute.

Parties are directed to abide by the conditions they have entered into before the District Legal Services Authority, Dhanbad.
