Learned counsel for the petitioner Mr. Mohit Prakash has submitted that on the basis of enquiry report submitted by District Agriculture Officer, West Singhbhum, Chaibasa, F.I.R. has been lodged at Kumardungi Police Station under sections 406, 409, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. nor any of the beneficiary has alleged anything against the petitioner in their statement recorded under Section 161 CrPC. Learned counsel for the petitioner has further submitted that co-accused Vinay Kumar Choudhary, Branch Manager has been granted regular bail and Cashier and other bank employees such as Accountant who are named in the F.I.R. have been enlarged on anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court relying upon the materials collected by the Investigating Officer in paragraph- 23 and 24 of the case diary where name of Branch Manager has been mentioned but name of petitioner has not been mentioned, as such, considering the parity between them, petitioner is also entitled for bail, who is in custody since 11.12.2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner has further submitted that even in the enquiry report, name of petitioner has not been mentioned by the Enquiry Officer, as such,
