The petitioner has been made accused for the offence under Section 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is innocent person and has committed no offence and he has been falsely implicated in this case .Petitioner is in custody since 19.5.2018
Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five Thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M Ist Class Hazaribagh in connection with Barhi P.S.case No. 170 of 2018 ,G.R No. 1414 of 2018
