Under order dated 10.05.2019 status report was called for frm the court concerned.
Perused the report 24.05.2019 submitted by J.M. Ist Class, Ranchi which reveals that charge has been framed on 26.03.2019 against the petitioner U/s 394 IPC, total number of witnesses cited in the final form is 05, no witness is examined till date and the proposed time framed for conclusion of trial is about 45 days.
This case was once passed over in the first half and the matter was adjourned for second half.
In the second half, when the case is called out, nobody appears on behalf of the petitioner.
Accordingly, this application is dismissed for default.
