W.P.(S) No. 673 of 2010 was dismissed for non-prosecution on 14.08.2015 and for restoration of which C.M.P. No. 324 of 2018 was filed, which was allowed subject to payment of the cost of Rs.500/- (Five Hundred) to be paid before the Member Secretary, Jharkhand High Court Legal Services Authority, Ranchi within four weeks.
As the cost was not deposited, the C.M.P. was placed before this Court for orders.
When the matter is taken up today, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he has the receipt of the cost which he has deposited before the Jharkhand High Court Legal Services Authority, Ranchi.
Learned counsel produces the same in the Court.
Let the same be kept on record.
Accordingly, the order dated 14.12.2018 passed by this Court has
been complied with.
In that view of the matter the present C.M.P. No. 324 of 2018 is allowed and W.P.(S) No. 673 of 2010 is restored to its original file.
