Apprehending their arrest, the petitioners have moved this Court for grant of privilege of anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No.2566 of 2018 registered under sections 498A/379/34/313/511/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3/4 of D.P. Act.

Heard the parties.

Both the petitioner no.1 and opposite party no.2 are present in the Court today.

It is agreed to between the parties that the petitioner no.1 and opposite party no.2 will resume their conjugal life. It is also agreed that petitioner no.1 will go to the house of the opposite party no.2 today and will stay together in the house of the father of the opposite party no.2 and tomorrow morning they will proceed to the house of the petitioner no.1 at Gomia. It is also agreed to between the parties that the petitioner no.1 will deposit Rs.7000/per month in the account of the opposite party no.2 bearing account no.469710110008067 of Bank of India, PiskaMore Branch, Ranchi and will keep the opposite party no.2 with full dignity and honour as his lawful wife.

The Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the allegations against the petitioners are all false and are general and

omnibus in nature. Hence, it is submitted that the petitioners be given the privilege of anticipatory bail.

Learned Addl. P.P. assisted by the learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 opposes the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail.

Considering the submissions of the counsels and the fact as discussed above, I am of the opinion that it is a fit case where the above named petitioners be given the privilege of anticipatory bail. Hence, in the event of their arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of this order, they shall be released on bail on satisfying the trial court that the petitioner no.1 has taken the opposite party no.2 to his house and is keeping and maintaining her with full dignity and honour as his lawful wife and on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1^st Class, Ranchi, in connection with Complaint Case No.2566 of 2018with the condition that the petitioner no.1 will keep and maintain the opposite party no.2 with full dignity and honour as his lawful wife subject to the conditions laid down under section 438 (2) Cr. P.C.
