The petitioner has been made accused for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 323, 324, 307, 302 / 149 of the Indian Penal Code, in connection with Deori P.S. Case No. 201 of 2014, corresponding to G.R. No. 3834 of 2014, S.T No.241 of 2015.
The case relates to murder of the brother of the informant.
In view of the statement of the injured, who had made specific allegation of assault against the petitioner, upon the deceased, as well as on himself, the earlier bail application of this petitioner was rejected on merits by order dated 17.8.2015 passed in B.A No. 5275 of 2015.
