Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in the second page in paragraph no.5 of the order no.4 dated 1st February, 2019, the learned Magistrate to whose satisfaction the petitioners have to submit their bail bonds has been erroneously mentioned as Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Giridih instead of being mentioned as Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ghatsila and further though there are two petitioners in this case but in the said order in the cause title only the serial no.1 has been mentioned against the name of the first petitioner and no serial number has been mentioned against the name of the second petitioner. It is next submitted that because of the error in the order, the petitioners could not surrender in the court concerned till today. Hence, it is submitted that, the time period for the petitioners to surrender in terms of the order dated 1st February, 2019 in this casebe extended for further period of four weeks from today. Hence, it is submitted that necessary order of modification be passed.
