The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the notice contained in letter no. 26 dated 08.01.2018, whereby the respondent no. 4 – Assistant Engineer, Bhawan Nirman Division, SubDivision-2, Government of Jharkhand, Ranchi has issued notice to the petitioner to vacate the government quarter earlier allotted to him.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner on instruction submits that the petitioner has already vacated the quarter in question.
3. In view of the said submission, there is no need to proceed further in the writ petition and the same is accordingly disposed of.
