Petitioner has sought post retirement dues on his retirement
on 31st January, 2013 from the post of Assistant Conservator of Forest, Dumka Forest Division, Dumka.
Learned counsel for the State and Accountant General both submit that entire pensionary dues have been released in favour of the petitioner. Special Seal Authority dated 15th November, 2013 issued by Assistant Accountant General, Jharkhand has been produced by learned counsel for the Accountant General.
It appears from the order dated 18th November, 2017 that petitioner had not appeared on that date as well. Learned counsel for the Respondent-State had pointed out that entire pensionary dues have been released in favour of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the Accountant General had taken time to produce the Pension Payment Order.
Having regard to the aforesaid facts, it appears that the grievances of the petitioner have been redressed. Therefore, he has lost interest in the matter.
Writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
