15/14.03.2018 A report has come from the Principal Judge, Family Court, Dhanbad contained in letter no.104 dated 26th February 2018 at Flag-Y pursuant to the order dated 22nd August 2017. The learned Principal Judge, Family Court has informed that the application under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act has been decreed after acceptance of the second motion and the marriage between the parties has been dissolved by judgment dated 23rd February 2018.
Learned counsel for the appellant also accepts that Original Suit No.481/2017 instituted under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act for dissolution of marriage by mutual consent has been decreed by the learned Family Court after satisfaction of all the terms and conditions agreed between the parties.
In that view of the matter, the instant appeal is rendered infructuous and is disposed of as such.
