09/12.03.2018 The appeal is of the year 2005 arising out of the judgment dated 10th March 2005 passed in Matrimonial Suit No.10/2000 whereunder the petition for dissolution of marriage instituted by the plaintiff husband was dismissed. However, learned counsel for the appellant has not received any instruction despite efforts made on behalf of the appellant to prosecute the matter, so is the case of the counsel for the respondent.
In such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant any further indulgence. The instant appeal stands dismissed as not pressed.
