6/ 02.07.2018 Learned counsel for the appellant submits that in the operative portion of the order dated 19.6.2018, in place of the name of the victim-Sahdeo Ram, Satyadeo Ram has wrongly been printed. Perusal of the record reveals that there is force in the submission of learned counsel for appellant.
In view of the above, it is ordered that in the operative portion of the order dated 19.6.2018 “victim-Satyadeo Ram” be read as “victim-Sahdeo Ram”.
Let this order be deemed to be part of the order dated
19.6.2018.
Accordingly, the order dated 19.6.2018 is modified to the extent as indicated above.
