05/ 19.07.2018 Pursuant to the order dated 10.5.2018, execution report of the bailable warrant, issued against the sole appellant, has been received, which shows that the sole appellant Gurucharan Singh @ Guruprasad Singh had been murdered, for which, Bahragora P.S. Case No. 78 of 2006 had been registered. The Judgment of the Trial Court has also been brought on record along with the execution report, which shows that the accused persons in that murder case have also been convicted and sentenced.
Since the sole appellant has been murdered, this appeal abates and is disposed of, as such.
