2/ 13.04.2018 This Cr. Misc. Petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for extension of time as stipulated for the petitioner to surrender before the court below, in the order dated 5.2.2018, passed in A.B.A. No. 5497 of 2017. It is submitted that the petitioner could not surrender within the stipulated time because of non-arrangement of money, hence it is submitted that the time period to surrender before the court concerned be extended by four weeks, so that the petitioner may surrender before the court below in terms of the order dated 5.2.2018.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case the time period to surrender before the court concerned is extended by four weeks from the date of this order. The order dated 5.2.2018, passed in A.B.A. No. 5497 of 2017 is modified to the above extent only.
This Cr. Misc. Petition stands disposed of.
