This application has been preferred by the petitioner against an order of interim maintenance. However, status report reveals that Maintenance Case No. 19 of 2013 has already been disposed of on 15.2.2018.
In such view of the matter, therefore, this application has become infructuous and is accordingly disposed of.
However, petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order dated 15.2.2018 passed in Maintenance Case No. 19 of 2013.
