Vide order dated 4th January 2017, W.P.(S) No.3942 of 2016 was disposed of with a direction to the respondents to pass a reasoned order on the representation of the petitioner. By filing two show cause affidavits, the respondent-opposite parties have brought on record the reasoned order.
Thus, I feel that the order of this Court has been complied with. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the said reasoned order, he is at liberty to move before the appropriate forum for redressal of his grievance. This contempt application, thus, stands disposed of.
