05/20.07.2018 The present contempt application has been filed against the opposite parties for wilful disobedience and non-compliance of the orders dated 09.02.2018 & 08.03.2018 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No. 709/2018.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present contempt application was filed primarily due to the reason that the facility of issuance of e-Challan to the petitioner for transportation of sand was blocked by the opposite parties. However, during the pendency of the present contempt application, the said facility has been restored.
In view of the above submission, I see no reason to proceed with the matter any further.
The contempt proceeding against the opposite parties is dropped.
The present contempt application stands disposed of.
