21/20.04.2018 The Opposite Party no.5, Executive Officer, Municipal Corporation, Hazaribag has filed his eighth show cause on 18.04.2018. Reference may be made to the order dated 06.04.2018, which reveals the culmination of long drawn exercise in the present proceeding in relation to the payment of admissible retiral dues of the employees of erstwhile Hazaribag Mines Board. The Department of Urban Development and Housing, Government of Jharkhand had sanctioned the remaining amount of Rs. 1,45,16,102/- as requisitioned by the Corporation for release of balance dues of these employees. The Executive Officer has filed the instant show cause in order to show that the remaining admissible retiral dues of the employees have been released on his part. Through letter dated 17.04.2018 he has requested the Treasury Officer, Hazaribag to pay the remaining retiral dues of the retired employees of the Mines Board, Hazaribag directly in their bank accounts vide cheques. Photo copy of the letter dated 17.04.2018 (Annexure-D) is annexed in support thereof. The entire payments would be transferred to the accounts of these employees upon clearance by the Treasury within no time. Therefore, the orders passed by this Court in W.P.(S) No.3440 of 2011 and another analogous case dated 19.11.2014 and in the present proceeding from time to time stand complied with.
