Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
Petitioner is an accused for allegedly committing the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act, in connection with Keredari Police Station Case No.26 of 2018 corresponding to G.R. No.1503 of 2018, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Hazaribagh.
From the possession of this petitioner one country made pistol and two live cartridges were recovered. Petitioner is in custody since 24.05.2018 and chargesheet has already been submitted in this case.
Considering the aforesaid facts, petitioner, namely, Dukhan Paswan is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Hazaribagh in connection with Keredari Police Station Case No.26 of 2018 corresponding to G.R. No.1503 of 2018.
