4/1.02.2018 Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State, who opposes the prayer for bail.
The petitioner is an accused for allegedly committing offence punishable under Sections 457, 380, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant was robbed of one pair of silver anklets, three mobile phones, three empty money bags and one piece money bag containing Rs. 3000/- and one Aadhar Card.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has been falsely implicated in this case and in fact the materials were not put on Test Identification Parade. He submits that the Aadhar Card which was recovered admittedly belongs to the petitioner. He further submits that the petitioner is in custody since 02.10.2017.
Keeping in view the period of custody, petitioner, namely, Md. Akbar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M, Hazaribagh, in connection with Sadar (Korrah), P.S. Case No. 696 of 2017, corresponding to G. R. No. 2819 of 2017.
