Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with the case registered under Sections 498A of the IPC.
Pursuant to order dated 18.07.2018 O.P.No.2 is present, however petitioner is not present.
In view of the fact that the petitioner has failed to appear despite a direction of this Court, I am not inclined to admit the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, his pryaer for anticipatory bail is hereby rejected.
