Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Gandey P.S. Case No. 74 of 2013, corresponding to G.R. No. 2833 of 2013 for the offence under section 364, 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under section 3/4D.P. Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. There is general and vague allegation agasint the petitioners.
Learned A.P.P opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
Case diary has been produced. From perusal of para 126 and 127 of the case
diary, it appears that victim is still traceless.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the
nature of offence, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
Accordingly, their prayer for anticipatory bail is hereby rejected.
