Mr. Samir Kumar Lall, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that during the pendency of the writ petition, Guardianship Suit No. 92/2013 itself has been disposed of by the learned Court below. In view the said development, he seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition.
Permission is accorded.
