This writ application has been filed for setting aside the order dated 17.05.2014 passed by learned Sub-Judge XI, Ranchi, in Misc. Case No.17/11 whereby Title Suit No.250/2010 which was dismissed for default on 25.08.2011 was restored to its original file.
Having heard learned counsel and on going through the impugned order, I do not find any illegality or irregularity requiring interference by this Court under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. Hence the writ application, being devoid of any merit, stands dismissed.
