It is submitted that the matter was referred before the Mediator, Jharkhand State Legal Services Authority, Ranchi for settlement of the dispute and both the parties have resolved the dispute and are leading their conjugal life.
Learned counsel for the opp. party/husband submits that the opp. Party shall withdraw the Matrimonial Suit No.413 of 2016, pending before the Family Court, Bokaro.
Heard. Since the parties have already settled the matter, this transfer petition has become infructuous and stands disposed off.
