This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed with a prayer for quashing the entire criminal proceeding as well as First Information Report in connection with Barhi P.S. Case No.238 of 2008 corresponding to G.R. Case No.4146 of 2008.

On perusal of the status report submitted by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hazaribag dated 24.04.2017, it reveals that the final report submitted by the Investigating Officer in this case is showing “Mistake of Facts” and the same has been accepted on 18.06.2009.
