The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Petarwar P.S. Case No. 141 of 2014, corresponding to G.R. No. 1357 of 2014 for the offence under section 413, 414 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and other co-accused persons of this case namely, Satyendra Nayak and Manoj Thakur have already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court in A.B.A. No. 4105 of 2016.
Learned A.P.P opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
Be that as it may, the above named petitioner is directed to surrender in the Court below within four weeks from the date of this order and in the event of his arrest or surrender the Court below shall enlarge the above named petitioner on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the court of learned S.D.J.M, Bermo at Tenughat in connection with Petarwar P.S. Case No. 141 of 2014, corresponding to G.R. No. 1357 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C and also subject to condition that petitioner shall deposit Rs. 2,000/- before the Court below on the date of his surrender. However, deposition of aforesaid amount would be subject to the result of the case.
