The petitioner is an accused in a case registered under Sections 25(1-B)A/26 of the Arms Act.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and has not committed any offence as alleged in the F.I.R. There is alleged recovery of one country-made pistol with two live cartridges from the possession of the petitioner. However, considering the fact that the petitioner is in judicial custody since 21.07.2016, he may be given the privilege of regular bail.
The learned A.P.P. opposes the petitioner's prayer for bail.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi, in connection with Kanke P.S. Case No. 73 of 2016, corresponding to G.R. No. 4171 of 2016.
