1 . Bail application has been filed on behalf of petitioner namely Arun Kumar Singh who is in custody in connection with Sukhdeo Nagar P.S. Case No. 327 of 2016, corresponding to G.R.Case no. 3464 of 2016 (S.T. Case No. 535 of 2016) for the offences registered U/Ss. 323, 325,307,379,504/34 IPC.
2 . Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has reiterated the same grounds which he had taken on previous occasion i.e. on 17.9.2016. He has further submitted that the charges have been framed and charge sheet has also been submitted. He has further submitted that one of the witness has been examined and there is no chance of his absconding. Moreover, he is in custody since 8.6.2016. Hence, the petitioner may be enlarged on bail.
4 . Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that petitioner is a constable and such type of erroneous behaviour is not expected by him.

Having heard counsel for both sides and looking to the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the period of detention, I am inclined to enlarge the above named petitioner on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/-(Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.J.C., VIII,Ranchi in connection with Sukhdeo Nagar P.S. Case No. 327 of 2016, corresponding to G.R.Case no. 3464 of 2016 (S.T. Case No. 535 of 2016).
