11/17.08.2016 The writ petition stood dismissed in view of noncompliance of the order dated 1.7.2015, which was made peremptory by order dated 27.1.2016 to be complied within a period of 2 weeks failing which, the writ petition should stood dismissed without further reference to the Bench. Admittedly petitioner has not been able to produce the copies of the objection filed before the Circle Officer, Garhwa and memo of appeal filed before the Deputy Commissioner, Garhwa. What has been filed by way of supplementary affidavit filed on 10.2.2016 is the requisition made for obtaining the certified copy of the A.R. Case No. -43/1963-64 from the concerned Circle Officer, Garhwa. Petitioner has also filed an application under R.T.I dated 6.7.2015 and 10.9.2015 enclosed to the instant supplementary affidavit, which however are again not in compliance of the peremptory order referred to herein above. The writ petition therefore stood dismissed for failure to comply with the peremptory order.
In that view of the matter, let the instant writ petition be consigned to the record.
