09/06.10.2016: The dispute is between mother and the son.
In view of the nature of the dispute between the parties, matter was referred to the District Legal Services Authority, Deoghar for mediation. The report of the Mediator dated 03.09.2016 suggests that the parties have compromised their dispute.
In view of the settlement of the dispute between the parties, the Lawyer of the petitioner, on instruction of the petitioner, does not want to pursue this writ application.
In view of the facts stated above, this writ application is disposed of with a direction that the respondent no.6 should strictly comply with the terms and conditions arrived between the parties during the resolution as mentioned in the report of the Mediator dated 03.09.2016.
If any terms and conditions of the compromise is breached by the respondent no.6 (son of the petitioner), it will be open to the petitioner to take appropriate legal action.
With this observation this application is disposed of.
