The petitioner has filed a representation before respondent no. 6 to consider his case for the promotion to Grade-IV in terms of Annexure-1 of this writ application.
The petitioner submits that there is no person in GradeIII post and as such he is to be considered for the promotion to Grade IV post since he is already serving in Grade II post.
Petitioner further refers to Annexure-6 wherein the name
of the petitioner appears at serial no. 24, thus the petitioner claims that his case should be considered.
Learned counsel for the State submits that he has no objection if the petitioner files a fresh representation annexing all the documents/papers upon which the petitioner is relying or intend to rely. The case of the petitioner will be considered as per the rules, law and as per the Gazette Notification, which is annexed at Annexure-1.
In view of the submissions made on behalf of the State, the petitioner is directed to file a fresh representation before the respondent no. 6, who will consider the representation and pass a reasoned order within six weeks from the date of receipt of such representation.
This writ application is disposed of.
