This petition has been received on 25th May, 2013 and registered as PIL. The matter releates to allegation of charging exorbitant school fees and other charges and those other charges may be medical fees, DIGI classes, examination fees, annual fees, development cost, building funds, game charges etc. It is also alleged that some exorbitant charges have been levied in the name of bus fees. There are also many other allegations.
In view of the above, it is appropriate to issue notice to the respondents. Office is directed to give copies of this petition to the learned counsel for Union of India and for the State of Jharkhand as respondent nos. 1 and 2 respectively as well as to respondent nos.5 and 6, who may be represented by Government Advocate. Respondent nos.1 and 2 may file counter.
