Since the decision has been taken for construction of the Panchayat Bhawan within the boundary of the school after taking into confidence the Panchayat of the said villages and on approval of the Dy. Superintendent of Education, Garhwa, and other authorities concerned by the Dy. Commissioner, Garhwa, we, hereby, decline to interfere with the said decision.
This petition stands disposed of accordingly.
