The matter relates to the service disputes in relation to Steel Authority of India Ltd. As per Notification dated 31.03.2010, all service disputes relating to Steel Authority of India Ltd., are to be, heard and disposed, by the Central Administrative Tribunal.
Counsel for the SAIL submits that, in view of the said notification, this writ application is not maintainable.
At this stage, the petitioner wants to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal.
In that view, the petitioner, if, so advised, may approach the Central Administrative Tribunal for redressal of his grievances by filing an appropriate application. If such application is filed by the petitioner, the Central Administrative Tribunal, shall take into consideration, that this writ application was pending before this Hon'ble Court since, 2011, while disposing the case.
