At the very outset, Mr.Tiwary states that Registry has pointed out 7 day's delay in filing the instant appeal and that the appellant could not count the delay at the time of filing the appeal. He states that for this reason, formal application has not been filed for condoning the said delay and makes an oral request for condoning the said delay.
