04/22.06.2016 Mr. Vishal Trivedi, learned counsel for O.P. No. 2, has submitted that he has not yet received instruction as to whether he shall appear on behalf of O.P. No. 2 in Cr. M. P. No.463 of 2015.
It appears that earlier on 16.06.2016, an order was passed at the behest of Mr. Vishal Trivedi but it appears that no instruction has been received by him as yet although he is appearing for O.P. No. 2 in Cr.M.P. No. 340 of 2015.
In order to give one more chance to Mr. Vishal Trivedi, list these cases on 13th July, 2016.
Till that date, further proceedings in connection with Dhanbad ( Dhansar) P.S. Case No. 61 of 2015, corresponding to G.R. No. 290 of 2015, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad, shall remain stayed.
