When the matter is called out, counsel for both the sides are present. Learned counsel for the N.I.T, Jamshedpur submits that he is filing show-cause during the Court period and the same may be accepted. Accepted.
Counsel for the respondents has stated that an order was passed by this Court to reinstate the petitioners in service and give 50 % back wages to the petitioners. By the said order respondents has filed show cause in which it has been stated that petitioners have been reinstated in service and Rs. 8,73,708/- each have been paid to the petitioners.
Accordingly, the contempt application is dropped and disposed of.
