It has been submitted that pursuant to the order dated 06.07.2015 passed in W.P.(S) No. 7519 of 2012, the petitioner has been appointed to the post of Class-III as a clerk, but certain conditions have been incorporated therein which the petitioner intends to challenge.
Since the order passed in W.P.(S) No. 7519 of 2012 has been complied with by the respondents (opposite parties herein), the contempt proceeding is dropped.
However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order dated 01.03.2016 passed by the Civil Surgeon-Chief Medical Officer, Koderma.
This application stands disposed of.
