1. This contempt petition has been preferred for the alleged breach of an order, passed by this Court dated 8^th August, 2011 in W.P.(S) No. 888 of 2011, which is at Annexure 1 to the memo of this contempt petition.

Having heard learned counsel for both the sides and looking to the counter affidavit, filed by opposite party no.2 dated 12^th July, 2013, it appears that the opposite parties have passed an order dated 10^th April, 2013, which is at Annexure A to the said counter affidavit and hence, it cannot be said that there is any willful disobedience by the opposite parties of the order passed by this Court dated 8^th August, 2011 in W.P.(S) No. 888 of 2011.

3. Thus, there being no substance, this Contempt Petition is hereby dismissed.

4. However, liberty is reserved with the petitioner to challenge the order, passed by the opposite parties dated 10^th April, 2013,

which is at Annexure A to the memo of this contempt petition, in accordance with law, rules and regulations, before appropriate forum.
